MARIJUANA IN OKLAHOMA
TEXOMA High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Report
Purpose
After direct requests from Oklahoma legislators, policy makers and their citizen constituents, the TEXOMA High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) has compiled this report to detail the current landscape of marijuana in Oklahoma. Medical marijuana became legalized in Oklahoma in June 2018 and this is the first comprehensive report of its kind in the state.
The report is divided into separate topic sections, each providing current and trend information, where available, to provide insight into the overall impact since legalization.
