Can I still go to jail or prison for pot?

There are limits to how much marijuana you can personally possess at one time. There are also limits to how many marijuana plants you can grow. If you have too much marijuana or too many plants, your possession or cultivation might lead to criminal charges. All depends on where you are, what your doing with it and possibly who your attorney is.

Can I sell my marijuana I grow in my Michigan backyard?

You can grow your own marijuana, but you can’t sell it. You can give it to someone else. If you want to legally sell marijuana you need special state licenses to do so and will need to collect and pay special taxes so they get their cut. If the police prove or assume you’re selling cannabis without a license you could face charges. 

Can I drive after I just smoked one?

While marijuana is legal (in Michigan), driving after using it is not. If someone gets behind the wheel while their ability to drive is affected by marijuana, police officers might pull them over and then arrest them for driving while impaired. – Do your research and get an attorney that knows marijuana and in the marijuana laws. A real smoker can spot a joker.
