Close to 1.2 milion settlement for 134 cannabis workers alleging wage violations under federal and state labor laws.
The plaintiffs are being represented by a law firm that has initiated a collective and class action lawsuit against the national employer, claiming violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, various state laws, and breaches of employment contracts concerning unpaid regular and overtime wages.
