The Michigan Senate approved a bill criminalizing “drug masking” use. With nothing better to do than to keep making up laws to ruin lives – Senate Bill 134, sponsored by Sen. Curtis VanderWall, bans the distribution, delivery, sale or possession of drug masking products.
The bill passed 33-1 in session on Wednesday, April 21. The use of these products would be a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in prison or a $1,000 fine. See who and how they voted here VOTE ROLL CALL
The only no vote came from Sen. Jeff Irwin. His opposed an earlier version that would make violations a five-year felony offense (more than a gun offense). The felony provision was removed. The bill goes on to the House for further waste of tax dollars.
